I am a biologist from Alabama who has been taking photos since I was old enough to be trusted with my mom's DSLR. During my time at the University of Alabama and Birmingham, photography grew into an important part of my life, and now I want to learn how to use photography alongside biology to encourage a love of the outdoors and give voice to conservation issues.
